What is excellence? One dictionary defines it as "the quality of being
outstanding or extremely good." Merriam-Webster defines "excellent" as
"very good of its kind : eminently good : first-class." Okay, so we have
a foundation. Let us now ask you -- How would you like to define
excellence in your business? What is it you are looking to achieve? How
will you achieve it?
We believe excellence in business is
attainable. We also believe it is a process where you, as a business
owner, are always learning. Let us explore what some notable individuals
have said about excellence.

The Ways of the Eagle
As a business owner, which would you rather be? An eagle or a pigeon?
Don't misunderstand. There is nothing wrong with pigeons, but when
compared to an eagle...
Let's consider the eagle for a moment. The Bald Eagle was chosen as our national symbol because of its power, strength and freedom. Often thought of as beautiful, graceful, and brave, an eagle and its ways represent ideals of courage, honor, and determination. So much so that the eagle has become an important symbol for leaders and achievers everywhere. It is for this reason we use the eagle as part of the image of our company. Like eagles, we have wondrous capabilities and when we can harness them, we can reach to higher heights...our pinnacles of success, whatever they may be.
